Angie Gomez was raised in the unique mining town of Superior, Arizona and is a 1996 graduate of Ray High School in nearby Kearny, Arizona. Angie grew up listening to and was influenced by the sounds of Whitney Houston, Carlos Santana, Gloria Estefan, Mariah Carey, and Madonna.
Angie now lives in Mesa, Arizona and makes her livelihood by entertaining people as the “Midday Diva” ( 9 AM- 2:00 PM) on Phoenix’s original “Old School” radio station MEGA 104.3 FM, and as the lead vocalist for the very popular music group “Power Drive”.
Angie is now working on writing and recording her own music and also on a personal line of jewelry, both to be released in the near future.

Bobby Brown Debuts New Song He Wrote for Whitney Houston...

Bobby Brown is grieving the loss of his ex-wife, Whitney Houston, the best way he knows how: through song. During an appearance on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" on Wednesday, the R&B singer debuted a new track he wrote about the late superstar, strangely titled "Don't Let Me Die." As drums start out the song, Brown sings, "Been about a month since you've been gone/I guess it's pretty clear that you ain't coming home." He then goes on to croon, "I didn't realize that every breath I took was for you/You were my air" — which is particularly odd since he and Houston have not been a couple since 2006 and he is currently engaged to the mother of his youngest son. Conveniently, Brown will include "Don't Let Me Die" on his upcoming solo album.
The New Edition singer, 43, has been on a publicity tour the past few weeks to talk about his ex-wife, while the rest of her family has been largely gone into private grieving. During an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" this week, he explained why he chose to perform the night of Houston's death, instead of flying to his 19-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina's side in her time of need. "Of course, I tried to get a flight — tried to rent a jet — whatever I had to do, but it was impossible," said Brown, who was arrested for DUI just a few weeks after his ex's death. "So I knew the best thing that she would want me to do was perform. You know, we are performers — that's what we did — that's what we do and she would want the best for me."
Houston's family, including her brother Gary, sister-in-law Patricia, mother Cissy, and daughter Bobbi Kristina, will all be starring in an upcoming Lifetime reality series focusing on their lives since the cocaine-fueled February 11 death of the "I Will Always Love You" singer. "The tragic loss of Whitney Houston left a void in the hearts of people all over the world, but certainly none more so than her beloved family," Rob Sharenow, executive vice president of programming at Lifetime, said in a statement. "In this series, the multi-generations of the Houston family will bravely reveal their lives as they bond together to heal, love, and grow."
Brown is also working on his own reality show, and reportedly was upset that Bobbi Kristina refused to be a part of it.

Whitney was a great woman I'm Sure He Truly Misses Her Even though he has someone else in his life. It's really hard to lose someone with a Good Heart.
