Meet Mr. and Mrs. Matthew McConaughey!

The "Lincoln Lawyer" star and his stunning bride, model Camila Alves, look like the perfect picture of wedded bliss in photos from their intimate ceremony, which took place at their Austin, Texas, estate on June 9. "We decided to embrace the ritual of marriage as an opportunity and adventure we'll take together," McConaughey, 42, tells People magazine in its new issue.

The actor and his new wife got hitched in front of 120 of their closest friends and family members, including Reese Witherspoon, Kenny Chesney, and Woody Harrelson — and, of course, their adorable children Levi, almost 4, and Vida, 2½, who served as the ring bearer and flower girl. "Somehow they both seem to understand what we are doing on a spiritual level," gushes Alves, 29.

The McConaughey wedding was not a typical Hollywood affair. For starters, they had their 120 guests stay in a makeshift campground they set up on their property for the three-day extravaganza. And at the reception following their Saturday night nuptials, partygoers enjoyed rotisserie-style Brazilian meats (a nod to the bride's heritage) under a giant tent. McConaughey and Alves reportedly decided to forgo a traditional wedding cake (instead opting for a variety of desserts), as well as a first dance, though a live band playing American pop and Brazilian rock songs kept the newlyweds and their loved ones going until the wee hours of the morning.

Being married is just the icing on the cake for McConaughey and Alves. She has said that after six years together, they already felt like they were husband and wife, just without that official piece of paper. "We have homes together, we have family together, we have kids, we've built a life together," Alves said in March, three months after McConaughey popped the question. "So we've been living a married life this whole time."
