Ouch! Check Out Kim Kardashian’s Swollen Feet!

Ouch! No one needs to walk a mile in Kim Kardashian's shoes to know that looks painful.

The seven-months pregnant reality star was photographed in Los Angeles on Thursday showing off super swollen feet.

Kardashian, 32, squeezed her feet into some clear stilettos and we're having sympathy pain just looking at these pics of the ankle straps cutting into her flesh!

Kanye West's girlfriend has not been shy on Twitter in sharing her discomfort when it comes to this particular pregnancy problem:

On June 2, Kardashian will be having her baby shower in L.A. and invitations went out this week to a select group of pals. According to E! News, the lavish invites were in music boxes that, when opened, played a special tune as a wind-up ballerina twirled.

That's one way to ask for a charity donation, right?

Mo"Nique's Dramatic Weight Loss

Mo'NiqueMo'Nique after (From Twitter)Mo'NiqueMo'Nique before (Photo: WireImage)Mo'Nique is serious these days about taking care of her health, and in a new radio interview, she's revealing some of the secrets behind her workout routine and new svelte figure.

The 45-year-old actress and comedienne, who won the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award in 2010 for her role in "Precious: Based on the Novel 'Push' by Sapphire," sat down this week with The Cipha Sounds & Rosenberg Show on New York radio station Hot 97 FM for a long-ranging half-hour interview, in which she discussed topics ranging from Charles Ramsey to Iyanla Vanzant. But the story behind her dramatic weight loss is what's turning heads.

Mo'Nique has been tweeting her daily workouts, most days posting snapshots of her odometer once it has logged her minimum "10,000 steps," along with various other fitness activities. She explained to the show hosts that the reason why she's been documenting her journey is to be an inspiration to others.

"I tweet every morning, my workouts," she began. "Because I want women to see - especially us big women - that you don't have to let them cut you and suck it out, you don't have to let them staple you up, you don't have to let them give you a pill, you don't have to let them put a band around your organs. If you put the work in, baby, I promise you, it comes off."

And come off, it has! "The weight right now, when I got on a scale two weeks ago, was 218," she continued. "My goal is between 190 and 200."

"What were you before?" co-host K. Foxx then asked Mo'Nique.

"Well now, you see K … what I was before was … when my husband asked me I said, '262,' but I don't actually know if that was the right number. That was the weight that I had a year prior to him asking me that. But when I watch reruns of 'The Parkers,' I know I was tipping 300."

"And how do you feel?" K asked.

"I am the best Mo'Nique I've ever been in my life right now. And I still have a ways to go. But I feel amazing sis."

Mo'Nique added that she's proud of herself and believes she has never looked this good in her life before. And while she emphasizes that she always felt in the past that she was a big and beautiful woman, she says it is her husband who caused her to step back and look at the damage she was causing to her body (due to her weight).

"It made me say (to myself), 'OK sis, you got these babies. The twins are 7, (stepson) Michael's 9, Shalon's 22.' And I want to meet their babies. So, I said, 'Let me stop being selfish, and eating everything.' And I ate everything … I was a food junkie."

And it looks from these pictures like she's doing quite well on her way to recovery!

Boyz II Men teams up with Old Navy

boyz ii men (old navy)*Boyz II Men is back-again.

The trio of crooning vets have re-upped with Old Navy for another ad to promote the family friendly clothing line.

In the TV commercial, the group acts as "complementary in-flight entertainment," singing on a futuristic airplane. They sing about Old Navy white jeans over one of their most popular tracks, "I'll Make Love to You."

The group started as a quartet before harmonizing their way to international fame in the 90s. In 2003, bass singer Michael McCary parted ways with the group due to chronic back pain.

Boyz II Men was last featured in a 2012 holiday ad for Old Navy as the "Three Wise Boyz II Men." The commercial also included New Kid on the Block member Jordan Knight.

Last year, Old Navy recruited fellow 90s boy band the Backstreet Boys and cast members from the hit TV show 90210 for separate ads.

Jessica Simpson, Beyonce, and Jennifer Lopez Named on Most Powerful Working Moms

Note to Kim Kardashian and Kate Middleton: Better start lobbying now! Working Mother magazine announced its annual list of the 50 Most Powerful Working Moms on Monday, May 6, and not suprisingly, there are business execs and politicians galore on the impressive roster. But household names Jessica Simpson, Beyonce, and Jennifer Lopez also made the list, even cracking the top 10!

"[This] group of American working moms screams power," says Working Mother Media Editorial Director Jennifer Owens. "They absolutely have talent, influence, status, money and smarts, but they've also shown the strength to overcome great obstacles, the insight to innovate and inspire, and the passion to help better the lives of others."

The soon-to-be-mom-of-two Simpson was cited for her lucrative fashion line and her role on Fashion Star. Lopez, mom to 5-year-old twins Emme and Max, was recognized for her musical achievements as well as her philanthropic side: The singer is co-chair of the Global Mom Relay, which helps bring greater medical access to mothers in the developing world. And Beyonce, "arguably the hardest working mom in show biz," says the magazine, was honored for her non-stop work ethic; since the birth of Blue Ivy last year, she's sung at President Obama's second inauguration, performed a half-time show at the Super Bowl, embarked on a world tour, and...the list of achievements goes on and on.

Beyonce Brings Blue Ivy Out on Stage at London Concert, Reveals She Wants More K

Blue Ivy is clearly "Irreplaceable," but could there be a new "Baby Boy" in the Carter/Knowles household in the near future?

Beyoncé brought her 15-month-old daughter out on stage on Saturday during her concert at London's O2 arena. As Bey belted out her 2006 hit song, she briefly grabbed her little girl who was watching from the front row. Blue Ivy was wearing a white dress and large headphones.

"I am very protective," Beyoncé says in a new interview with ABC News "I just want to make sure that [Blue Ivy] can have a healthy, safe, normal life. ... In the back of my mind, she's my priority. And life is completely different now."

Jay-Z's wife also revealed she would like Blue Ivy to have a sibling one day.

"I would like more children," she says. "I think my daughter needs some company. I definitely love being big sister [to Solange Knowles.]"

"I feel really, really just lucky that I can still do what I love, and now have a way bigger meaning," the "Love on Top" singer continues. "And that's to be her mother."

Tonight, however, Beyoncé will play the role of a fashionista. The singer will attend the MET Gala in New York City, where the superstar will act as honorary chair.
