Danita brings more than a decade of radio experience, a fearless spirit, and a passion for storytelling to the Mega 104.3 airwaves. Catch her every weekend delivering all your favorite old-school throwbacks with heart, humor, and unmatched energy. Whether she’s hyping up your Saturday morning or winding down your Sunday night, Danita is all about creating real connections through music.

Her radio journey started in Toledo, Ohio during a college internship.  Inspired by the raw truth and emotional power of radio (thanks to the Private Parts biopic), Danita set her sights on a communications degree and never looked back. She’s done it all: Program Director, Promotions, Traffic, Production, Web & Social Media, Engineering… basically everything except Sales—and that’s just the way she likes it.

But Danita is more than just a radio pro. Off the air, she’s a proud mom, a president of the Arizona Birth Network, where she supports families through pregnancy and postpartum journeys. She’s also an active member of the Cihuapactli Collective, working with Indigenous communities to promote healing, education, and wellness. Community isn’t just a buzzword for Danita—it’s a lifestyle.

In her downtime, you’ll find her sipping on boba tea, deep-diving into astrology, organizing her world with color-coded spreadsheets, or exploring holistic wellness with herbs, oils, and good vibes. And fun fact: she’s also a licensed CDL school bus driver—because Danita doesn’t just do it all, she drives it all.
